Hey,

I have to prepare a presentation for the end of this week and I would like
to use collapsable/expandable areas in a table.
Is it possible to create such areas in a word table or a word document?
How should I proceed?

Many thanks,

Angelika

one option might be to use PowerPoint... and use animations to introduce =
points one at a time --=20

In the outline view of PowerPoint you can do the collapse/expand thing =
-- but I'm not sure of a way to do it in Word. I'll be watching for an =
MVP to give us the answer.

Good Luck!

The first thing that comes to mind is to use conditionally inserted autotext
entry(s) (containing the text) based upon the content of a bookmark e.g.

{IF {REF Bookmarkname} = "Condition" "{Autotext Bookmarkname}"}

and I supposed a locked form would be as good a way as any to set the
appropriate conditions. If you do use a form, ensure that you check the
calculate on exit check box in the form field properties.
