When I highlight a sentence to change font, bold, indent, center etc it
changes complete document, I have to click on "Undo Automaticaly Update
Style" each and every time. How do I format only one line or paragraph at at
time.

Thank you for the link this is exactly answers my question. I am using Word
03 but I am assuming the advise will apply also
