I agree about the template - there is a set of sample envelope templates
for download from my web site also that can be used as a start point. They
use the methods suggested at
http://www.gmayor.com/Macrobutton.htm and
http://www.gmayor.com/Alternative_Return_Addresses.htm to put Outlook
addresses and graphics on the envelope (if required)
