I keep being told that "to use Microsoft Word 2000, please enter your
25-digit CD code". However, as I installed Word from a certified Microsoft
Works Package, Product ID 11200-OEM-0047316-65002, i don't know what this
code is. Where can i find it? Or can one be sent to me?

Assuming Word was part of Works *Suite*, the CD code you want is the one for
Works Suite. Since this is an OEM version, the code will most likely be
printed on a Certificate of Authenticity that will be attached to the
envelope or case that the Works Suite CD(s) came in.

It's not a good idea to post your Product Key. These newsgroups are
public newsgroups and are part of Usenet rather than a private
Microsoft group. Folks can access the newsgroups using various web
sites along with newsreader programs. Unfortunately you may have
subjected yourself to a stolen Product Key. :-(
