I've got a doc I'm working on that has to mimic a 'form' (kinda like
what a lawyer or the government might expect) w/ underlined sections
that have a few words 'typed' in them.

WHen I use underscores leading up to the text then type text in as
underlined, the two lines do not match exactly (I'm using standard 12
point times new roman).

I tried to do the highlighted text 'border' but for some reason MS
Word only allows boxes. It teases me w/ bottom borders, left/right
borders etc in the drop down menu but no matter what I select or how
many times I click - it's either a full box (all sides) around the
highlighted text or no border. (Is this a bug? - my older versions of
MS Word allowed this but not anymore it seems).

I'm using MS Word 03.

Anyway I just want to type in stuff but make the document 'look' like
a 'form'. E.g.

First Name ___John____ and Last Name ___Doe___

thanks,
