I received an e-mail in Spanish. How do I get it into

To get the gist of it try http://babelfish.altavista.com/

If it's an important business communication then you will probably need a
human translator to iron out any lost subtleties or incorrect translations.

Hi

You could also try using the language tool in Google:
http://www.google.com/ and select Language Tools (next to
the search entry box). I have translated more than the
150 words that babelfish allows.
