I apologize if this is going in the wrong place. I have my Word set fo
Print layout. For the life of me, I cannot understand what I did, bu
there are marks in each corner. I can't get rid of them. They loo
like two lines joined at right angles and they frame each corner wher
the margins are set.

Any ideas of what they are or how to turn them off? They are quite
distraction

From the Tools menu, select Options and go to the View tab and uncheck the
Text boundaries box under the Print and Web Layout options section of the
dialog.

These appeared because you installed (or allowed to be installed) support
for an Asian language. Go to Start | Programs | Microsoft Office Tools |
Microsoft Office <version> Language Settings and disable support for all
Asian languages.
