Ah, what you're seeing is the { FORMTEXT } field code! Close the form. If
you don't have another document open, open one. Press Alt+F9. Then reopen
the form. Alt+F9 toggles the field display from field codes to field results
(or vice versa). You can also do this by changing the setting in Tools |
Options | View or right-clicking and choosing Toggle Field Codes, but you
can't do any of these in a locked form.
