Help is not working

Hello

I have a customer where two people within the office are
not able to check for Help with either the Office
Assistant or using the index. Let me explain...

If they type in "borders" within the help line within
Word, "Add borders, About borders, etc." will be
displayed, but when they try to click one of these
hyperlinks, nothing happens.

Please help.

This might be due to one of the MS patches. Check out:

My Help at Start > Help has been on again, off again for
years. What I did was find it and put a copy at the top of
my c: tree for those occasions it didn't want to cooperate.

Perhaps a work around like that will help your clients while
you figure out how to really fix it.
