I have a user who has this bar of info that lays on top of
documents. It remains stationary when the user scrolls up
and down and usualy contains a slice of another document.
Don't know why this shows up but when I select new window
it disappears. Any help is appreciated. Thanks Paul

I'm pretty sure I ran across a KB article on this problem just the other
day, and ISTR that the fix was pretty easy (or perhaps it was a video driver
conflict), but I can't seem to find the right keywords to find it again.
