Help please. I am working on a document which I have
worked on for the sometime. It has now decided that when
I change any formatting, it changes all the formatting in
the document, eg. if I put in a bullet point every line in
the document gets a bullet point, if I bold a word the
whole document changes to bold and all the formatting is
removed, if I change the points between each line the
right justification changes to left and all bolding is
removed.

I have tried to find something in formatting which can
point me in the right direction but to no avail.

Microsoft advised copying the document to create a new
document - still had the same problem.

Thank you

Look under format/styles and make sure you don't have the
style checked to automatically update.
