File folder labels

I'm looking for a more sophisticated way to generate lists of annual file folder labels that can be alphabetized, modified and re- alphabetized, and printed using different headers. I think Access may be more suited to this task. I know how to create tables in Access and them merge them into a new address label document in Word. I would think that this could be accomplished in the same manor, but am not sure how to accomplished the label header. Anyone know how to do this?

This sounds like a simple label merge - see

You can use access for the date or even a Word table. For the required table
