I am trying to format a document for a
SPECIFIC printer (I have 3 printers on the
computer) but there seems no way in word2003
to do this.

I can do it in Access2003 but not in Word.

Please help.

Printer specific information is not stored with the document. Format the
document with the required printer as the currently active printer.

Yes, this worked.
I have a new copying machine which functions
as a LPT1 printer too, but it has been the
devil to set up.
Still, it's working now. Thanks
