Create a semi locked document

Hi All,

This is my first post so please be gentle.:(

I have a document that I print out and enter some details by hand (i.e.
Name, Address etc)

What I would like to be able to do is have this document as a template
AND not be able to alter or delete any of the text in the document, BUT
they must be able to add text to the same lines as the protected text.


i.e. origonal text is "Name: " and the user puts in his/her name next
to it.

I have tried to use the 'Protect Document' but all I can make this do
is stop any changes being made to the document not just specific text
like I need.:mad:

Also is it posible to force the user to save in a particular
directory?

Is any of this posible? :confused:

I would very much like to hear any your thoughts on this or any other
ways to create the same effect.

What you're talking about is a protected form. See
