Converting WordPerfect Files

In Word 2003, I am trying to open a WordPerfect file, but I get an error
message that says: "The selected text converter is an old version that does
not work with the current version of Word. Reinstall the converter and try
again."

I reinstalled both of the WordPerfect converters, just as Help instructs,
but the same message appears. I get the same error message when I try to
convert using Recover Text from Any File.

Any ideas? Thanks,

If you still have access to WordPerfect- open the files
and save them as Word or RTF files.
