Hi everyone,

I have a form that I use with many clients.
I want to have a section where I can just click to the area where thei
Name, Address, etc. can be placed. Possibly it could show just the firs
name of the person and I could just click the name and the address an
other information could be filled in the area.

Anyone that can assist in this, it will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
Crai

Craigwojo,

Have you tried using the address book. You can and the address book to a
menu or toolbar.

Another option is a autotextlist. See

Greg provided a possibility for you. Do you not see his reply?

I suspect you do not see it because you are posting through
ExcelForum.com. They slurp the posts from the public newsgroups
(Usenet) and there is quite a delay in syncing.

The newsgroups can be accessed from a various web sites and
newsreaders. For example if you use Outlook Express this link will
start OE and add this newsgroup for you:
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.word.newusers

If you are unable to use OE then you can access the newsgroups from
the Microsoft web site:
http://www.microsoft.com/office/community/en-us/default.mspx?dg=microsoft.public.word.newusers&lang=en&cr=US

Thank you everyone.

Is there a way of putting more than one line of text on auto text. I
need to pick addresses and insert them into the area. I've heard of an
address block option but can't really find anything on it.

Craig

AutoText entries can be as long as you like and may include multiple
paragraphs, pages, tables, graphics, etc.
