I have all my addresses set up in Outlook Express. I would like to have
these addresses available for letters, envelopes, etc. in Word. My version
is MS Office XP.

How do I get the OE address book recognized in MS Word. I do not want to
use MS Outlook--too complex for me.

Word cannot use the OE address book. See ?WD2000: Which Address Books Can Be
Used with Word?? at http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=269111

If you have access to Outlook, you can share the Outlook Express address
book with Outlook and Word can access the Outlook address book.

Go to:

http://www.btinternet.com/~kevin.james1/Ralph.htm.

There you will find some procedures to download that will
tell you how to convert an address book to an address
database and use it for making labels and envelopes.
