    - Envelopes: How to add "PERSONAL" under the Delaivery Address I like to add sometimes, I would say quite often, the word "P E R S O N A L" near the bottom of an envelope under the Delivery address, with BOLD letter, spacing, etc. See all the steps that it requires once that I am in the Envelopes and Labels dialog: 1. CAPS LOCKS 2. Writing of the Word 3. Go to the Fonts dialog to then format to a bold type, underline, etc. Then I print it. Then I write another letter and I might still have to CAP Lock again, go to Fonts, etc, if I want to write in the next envelope again the same thing. I might have copied the P E R S O N A L word from the previous envelope, but if I lost it during the second letter writing (I.e., if I copied and pasted other things while writing the letter, a very likely occurrence), then I will have to retype again in the next envelope the word P E R S O N A L again and begin the whole process again. When I do that in many envelopes, the whole thing becomes too much tedious. My question: Has the Word Program not provide an easier way to write these optional words in the envelope without having to go thru all these steps every time? (Maybe an envepe style #1 that do not have the word P E R S O N A L, and evelope style #2 that has the word, etc, that you can recall at will), or any other method? Thanks in advance.     - hyperlink Hi, I put some hyperlinks in my Word documents. BUt when I look at them, instead of usual underlined words I see something like {ref ...}. How I can see the ordinary words? For example, I put a bookmark in the end of my document and in the begining of document, I insert a hyperlink to it. This hyperlink is over a word like "end". When I point the cursor over "end" and click, I go directly to the end of document. But in my final document, instead of an underlined and with different color "end", I see {ref ...}.     - Can't Read Word 2003 docs backed up Vista now using Office 2007 SP1 Before I had Office 2007, I was using Vista (actually since it's Beta began, and I backed up what I think were my Word 2003 documents to DVD. I'm not sure if I can determine what version of Word was used but they should have been Word 2003 before any Betas of 2007 were available. I'm using Vista SP1 and Office 2007 SP1 on this box currently and both have every available update to date. Now when I go to open up, the backed up docs they show up in gibberish. I searched the MSKBs, Word Help on the MSFT sites, etc. and I downloaded the latest version of the MSFT Office Word Viewer. It doesn't help. I downloaded the "Compatibility Pack" and it did nothing.     - Graphics only visible in Full Screen Reading mode I created a simple graphic in Visio 2003, which I want to insert in a Word document. I am using Word 2007, but the document needs to be saved in compatibility mode. I have tried inserting the image in various ways and formats. They all print correctly, but are only visible on the screen in Full Screen Reading mode. In both Draft and Print layout, the images appear as an empty box.     - Normal template Recently, my computer gave out, and I replaced it with a new one running Vista home version. I also had to update my office programs to 2007.     - Deleting a document I have Windows Vista on my system. When I go to Start then type the name of the document I'm looking for in The Start Search field, the document shows up above the search field. I then right click it and select delete.     - Problem creating a Christmas Card I'm experimenting in creating a Card. Card size is 6 7/8 X 10 Folded down across the middle becoming a 6 7/8 X 5 document. I'm trying to create the inside greeting so it will be on the BOTTOM half of the card when a person opens it..     - Word Template problems I have a problem re-opening a saved page of labels in Word 2007 and displaying the text I have inserted AND the template outline. I want to re-label my VHS collection and have bought a pack of Avery media labels for the purpose. In Word I've chosen 'Mailings' then 'Labels' then 'Options'. I've selected the Avery product, clicked OK' and 'New document'. Up comes a page with a row of video spine labels visibly displayed. I can enter text and tab down to the next 'label' with no problems. So far so good! The problem arises when I save the page as a template and assign a name, e.g. "VHS labels". I can find that document in the location where it's been saved but when I subsequently try to re-open it to continue entering more text, (a) the outlines of the labels have disappeared from the page and (b) the page does not appear named as "VHS labels" but as "New Microsoft Word Document (3,4,5 or whatever). The text previously entered is still there and visible but I want to see the outlines of the labels as they appeared when the page was first opened and surely if "VHS labels" is selected to be re-opened it should appear as the title of the document/template page? Can anyone help me with getting the outlines of the labels displayed again and explain why a Word Document and not a Word Template is opening?     - printing *stuff* on an envelope? Hello, I am using Word 2003 on Windows Vista. I am trying to type stuff on the face of a standard size 10 envelope, or any envelope for that matter. I want to type in the months of the year and a check box in front of each month for gas receipts. When I go to labels and envelopes that only lets me print addresses and return address. I have tried setting the margins on a new page the same as the envelope size but when I type it out it is of course in portrait mode but my printer (HP LaserJet 3050) only accepts envelopes lengthwise. When I use landscape mode it just changes the paper but the text is still horizontal. If I do that and then select all text and try and go to text direction, it's grayed out. I don't know how to accomplish this. Just to be clear, I want to type the months of the year with a check box in front of each month and a heading "Gas receipts" at the top on the face of an envelope. Anyone here know how to do this? A couple of weeks ago, I started encountering a problem with my WORD 2002
program. For no apparent reason it oftens shuts down, giving me the
following message screen:

Abnormal program termination

The program then shuts down and I lose EVERYTHING that I have been working
on.

Can someone tell me what is going on and how to prevent the problem?

because usually when the problem occurs, I am copying a news article and
