Next time, tell your co-worker to stop and read the message (which was
information, not an error message) before he hits OK or Cancel -- he might
actually learn something. :-)
He turned on FilterKeys, which is one of the Windows Accessibility options,
by holding down the right Shift key for 8 seconds or more. To turn it off,
go to Start menu > Settings > Control Panel > Accessibility Options and
uncheck the "Use FilterKeys" box. To prevent it from turning on again, click
the Settings button and uncheck the "Use shortcut" box. You should probably
disable the shortcuts for the other three Accessibility options so your
co-worker doesn't stumble into them, too.
