Sometimes, not always, when I open a word document in XP
Professional, the document opens and immediately freezes
for what could be 30 seconds. The cursor also freezes and
at the bottom of the screen, the file name which is always
listed at the bottom of the screen in the form of a tool
bar turns from blue to orange and flashes. After it goes
through whatever it is doing, it opens up as normal. What
is going on? How can I stop this??? HELP

Open Norton Anti Virus and disable the Office Plug-in option.
