Hi

When I close Word either by pressing the application close cross on
the top right hand corner of the app or by pressing the key ALT-F4, a
MS message is displayed prompting to save the file > click Yes. The
result is a Winword.exe crash and the message is on the vbe6.dll file.

I've had a look on the web.
a) in regards to the Adobe Acrobat file PDFMaker.dot I've removed all
instances of this file & the issue still occurs.
b) we dont have Norton anti-virus running - therefore the recommended
suggestions I cant apply. We run McAfee antivirus software.
We have Office2002 on Win2000.

any suggestions?
many thanks for help
Diana

Did you rule out all other global templates and add-ins?
