It's a strange thing. If you tell Word to not check spelling or grammar, it
follows your instructions.
If you select that word and uncheck "Do not check Spelling and Grammar" and
then do a spell-check, what happens? On my computer it marks it as not in
the dictionary and suggests strategy as a replacement.
