I have a field code prompt in the spot I want my addresses to show up in my
Word Document. When I type in the street and hit "enter" (so I can type in
the city, state, zip) the font changes from All Caps/Ariel (which is my
default font) to Lower Case/Garmond. If anyone can tell me what is going on
I'd be grateful. Thanks.

It sounds like your first line is using a style that has a different style
after it. Suppose your field is formatted as MyStyle. Then the style that is
designated to follow MyStyle is Normal. Just go to edit the MyStyle, and
make sure that the "style for following paragraph" is ALSO MyStyle.

I tried that (and it was something I didn't already know, so Thank You), but
it is still changing my font. I tried highlighting the next line and made
the format the same, but it is still changing. I'm going nuts.

I helped Sara over the phone, and changing the "style for following
paragraph" worked.
