If your car starts making a knocking sound there could be any number
of reasons why. The same is true for error messages. In the case of
error messages usually the cause can be determined if additional
information is known:
- The full error message
- The application you are using
- Operating system you are using
- The patches that are installed
- Precisely what you were doing prior to encountering the error.
I suspect you are encountering an issue in installing something and
you deleted your MSOCache for the Office 2003 installation. But
without additional details that's the best guess I have.
