I am an owner of Office 2003, which was installed on my previous computer
under Windows XP. I had to replace my XP machine and now have a Vista Home
Premium machine. I installed Office 2003 on my Vista machine and updated it
with SP3 for Office 2003. However, each time I open one of the Office 2003
products, such as Word, I receive a message which says "Office application
version does not match"; after I click "OK" on this message a window pops up
with the Microsoft License agreement which has to be agreed to each time.
Anyone know how to stop receiving these messages?

You need to log in as Administrator and accept the EULA.

I really appreciate the prompt response; however, I should have mentioned in
my original post that I am signed in as an administrator. Also, I accept the
EULA. Yet, after clsoing an Office 2003 application and then reopening the
same one or a different one the same process occurs which is the appearance
of the message "office application version does not match" which after
"ok'ed" the EULA appears. Once accepted, the application runs fine. The
issue is the annoyance of having to clear the message and accept the EULA
each time I use an Office application.

I think the only solution is to uninstall Office, clean out the Office 2003
registry entries and then reinstall Office again. Alternatively, if you are
convinced it is a problem directly caused by the SP3 update, you can call MS
and log this as a bug. Al Update bugs for both Office and Windows are free
of charge.
