Check Tools | Macro | Macros to see if there is a macro (not in the Word
Commands list) named FileOpen. If so, it is hijacking Word's built-in
command and trying to run macros in the module cited. You can also get
information about this type of message (which usually comes from an add-in)
from section 4 of
