You would *not* be getting these messages at startup if you didn't have
add-ins loading. What add-ins do you have listed in Tools | Templates and
Add-ins? Where does Word say they are? If none are listed there, see
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customization/CheckIfAddinsInstalled.htm.
