I'm working with Word on Office 2000. Up to now I've
always seen the non-printing grid lines when setting up
labels, but this no longer comes up. I can add grid lines
with the Borders command, but they will print unless I
then take them off. Why did I lose those default grid
lines, and how do I restore them.

Trying to remember the command for Word 2000... try Table - Show Gridlines.
