I am revising a document using Track Changes. When I record my change, my
initials show up in the bubble. However, when I save the document, the
changes are reverted back to Author and my initials are no longer in the
bubble. In other words, my initials are replaced by Author when I save.
How can I save the document and maintain my initials in the Track changes
bubble?

Presumably you have "Remove personal information from file properties on
save" enabled on the Security tab of Tools | Options.
