Dose anyone know what this means, and how to fix it?

It means you'll need to increase the margins to fit into the area that can
be printed by your printer. Or you can try ignoring the message to see if it
prints okay anyway.

I'll add that sometimes a template corruption causes that printer error
(presuming that the margins are correctly set and you are not trying to use
the unprintable areas). It may also be a corrupted printed driver: delete
and reinstall the printer making sure that you have the latest version of
the driver.
