It sounds like a macro (either an automatic macro, like AutoExec or AutoNew
or one belonging to an add-in).
Have you installed any add-ins, or are you running any automatic macros?
Did this just begin recently? If so, it might be a virus, or it might be
that something you installed isn't working right.
