I typed a document in Spanish. When I opened it today, many words have been
changed to what appears to be other languages. Some words read as nonsense.
How do I get it back to the original language?

Select the whole document and then go to Tools, Languages and make sure it
is all still set as Spanish.

Then it seems that the document is partially corrupt. Has it been saved to a
flash drive or has it only been on the local HDD? Which version of Word &
OS?
