Take a screen shot, either with Alt+PrintScreen or with a screen capture
program such as SnagIt or HyperSnap.
If you used Alt+PrintScreen, the image is in the Windows Clipboard. Open a
graphics program such as Paint, paste the image into it, and save it as a
.jpg file.
With a separate program the image will appear in that program's window, and
you can save it directly as a .jpg file.
