I decided to switch from outlook express to outlook. I imported my outlook
express data. Emails and folders etc... transferred but when I go to send
an email and look to find an email address I get "the address list could not
be displayed because the contacts folder associated with this address list
could not be opened". During the import, I saw that contacts were
transferred. What can I do?

This is really for Word and not Outlook problems. But in Outlook, if you
start a new email and click on the To button, the address book should open.
Are there any entries? In the Contacts box immediately beneath "Address
Book", click on the little arrow and see if there is more than one
address/contacts book. You may have the wrong one set as default.
