    - Word 97 to PDF to Word 97 I received a document in PDF fromat that had been converted from Word 97. I used Adobe Acrobat Pro V6 to convert it back to Word 97.     - Recorded Macro won't change font or font size Word 2002 I record a macro. I change portrait to landscape, font color, font name and font size. When I run the macro everything changes but font and font size. If I edit the macro using visual basic, I find that those two changes are not recorded. If I manually add them, then the macro works.     - HELP! Strange Word Problem every time i open word 2000, i get a message that is not a normal system warning. it says... 'the system is dangerously low in resources!' it then asks me to shut down a program. once i click yes, it asks to close another, and another, and another...and freezes the rest of the computer. only way out is to restart. problem is, i've got tons of free memory on my computer, so this shouldn't be a problem. can anyone help?     - * URGENT * URGENT * File-SendTo-Email Recipient... If I can't get this resolved by the end of today, we're going to have to move away from Word 2000 altogether. I'm consistantly receiving an application error when in Word when attempting a SendTo function... SendTo: Mail recipient as attachment. I say the error is unknown simply because the error doesn't bother to identify itself...it simply states there has been an application error and Word closes. The only way I could figure out to get any kind on info on is was to have DrWatson running while encountering the error.     - Text Box I have a fellow teacher who has Microsoft Word 2000 on his laptop. On a recent logon he noticed a text box in his document. The text box cannot be removed permanently.     - Word 2000 hangs intermittantly A coworker describes the problem like this: Word 2000 will sometimes hang when printing or saving a document. She also says a dialog comes up that says "Word is preparing background..." She must then terminate the application and lose whatever changes were made. Since this is not an error that I can make happen at will, I can't be any more specific, but I have never heard of the phrase "Word is preparing background" before. This is a fairly new Dell PC running WinXP. The System Event Viewer confirms that winword.exe does indeed hang when she says it does, but it isn't very helpful beyond that. Starting a week ago, for no apparent reason, I no longer have any tool bars or pull-down menus along the top of a blank Word page. Obviously this seriously limits my ability to manipulate a document.     - Word 2000 file saves deleting all data except 1 "d0" We are having an error where all of the data disappears when the Word 2000 file is re-saved. Looking at the file in a hexidecimal editor, only a "d0" appears. Yesterday I found when the file, which was still open, was saved to a network drive, the saved copy was empty, but the same open file could be saved to a floppy disk and it was intact.     - Problem changing margins Word 2002 (XP) was working fine and then one day I cannot change margins from within Page Setup. I get the message that says "Settings you chose for the Left and Right margins, column spacing...are too large for the width in some sections." When they are connecting to our terminal server and opening early made or new document in MS Word 2002 it unexpectedly closes, without any warnings, even in the events. All applications such as Excel, Access, Outlook work fine
EXCEPT for Word. Whenever I start Word, a menu bar
appears requesting SEND ERROR REPORT or DON'T SEND. Word
asked to start in safe mode but this won't work. Then it
activates DETECT AND REPAIR but after going through this
process, Word still doesn't start up. already update
Service Pack 1 and 2 but Word still doesn't want to start
up.
Please help.
