Each time I open MS Word, the normal template is with
columns.

How do I change it?

I've tried many things, including opening Word through
Normal in Word Templates, making the change and saving it,
but it just saves a second copy of same thing.

HELP.

Thanks!!

I am having, what seems a very similar problem, with word
opening to an already typed document, I have tried to
delete all text, save as another name then delete that
named document and still it reverts, I sometimes get a
message that "changes have been made to the global
template 'normal' do you want to save changes and I don't
know what to do. If you shed any light on your problem I
would appreciate you sending it on to me. If I solve it
and have your email address I will let you know. I am a
very 'new'computer person so bear with me.

Good luck and heres hoping for a solution. >-----Original
