When I start Word 2000, a popup says such and such a folder is not
accessible, that it was moved or removed and searches for the folder or maybe
a particular doc in the folder (which it can't find), before the new blank
doc will finally opens. I uninstalled and reinstalled Office 2000, but that
didn't work. Thanks for any help.

Solved: I recreated the folders that were "moved or removed".
