Running Word 2003 in Windows XP Pro. When new documents open the display
shows no top or bottom margin. Prints OK but displays messy.
Tried reinstalling Word, deleting and recreating normal.dot - Word just
doesn't seem to be picking up the proper normal.dot, and creates its own
apparently corrupt one.
Ran virus scans with updated definfitions - nothing.
Any ideas?

Thanks
Ian

No virus and a simple explanation: see

Yes thanks that was it - must have toggled it without realising.
As usual - the most baffling problems have the simplest explanation!
Thanks
Ian
