When I open a new Doc, it will only be one page in length. Nothing I can do
will make Word allow more than one page. I have Word 2002 (10.4524.4219)
SP-2. Most old docs still open fine although just now I found one that will
only allow me to see two pages. It is an old doc that I originally created
in Word 5.5. I have been using Word for years and this is the first time
(W/I the last week) I've had a problem like this. Would a new install of the
same product be in order?

Suzanne provided you a link to an article on how to correct the issue
with new documents but if you have any documents you already created
then to correct them try the following:

- Go to Format/Columns
- Click "One" in the Presets section
- Click OK

Note it is important you click "One", rather than verify "1" column is
selected. Using "One" in the presets will make sure the disabled
"Equal column width" option at the bottom of the dialog box is
selected which is important or modifications to page margins,
orientation, etc. will be limited.
