Windows XP Pro SP2, MS Office 2003, Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Pro
I have a user who when converting from Word to PDF, 75% of the time, the
process locks up and she gets the following error message:

Miscrosoft Ofice Word
MS Office Word has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry
for the invonvenience.
The information you were working on might be lost and MS Office Word can try
to recover it for you.
(checkbox with a check) Recover my work and restart Microsoft Office Word.
More info and instructions below.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Make sure that Acrobat is up-to-date for that version of Office. Adobe has
rewritten the macros that it installs into Word and the latest updates
should work.
