Hello,
I hope someone can help me with this problem. I have several differen
clients (on different networks) who, when trying to save a wor
document to a network drive, word will hang (displaying "no
responding") for up to 3 minutes. All three machines are runnin
Windows XP, with all of the latest service packs/critical updates)
Also loaded, is Office 2000, also with all of the updates/servic
packs. After paying $350 to microsoft tech support (along with 15 Hr
into this issue), I am still at a stalemate. Just for adde
information:
1)I have stopped the "webclient service", as per instructed b
Microsoft, on the client machine.
2)The server is running MS Server 2000, with sp4, Norton Corporat
Antivirus, and Veritas Backup Exec.
3)This does not happen with all Win XP machines on the network, onl
one on each network

Any Help would be GREATLY appreciated..

Hi Ted,
