Word cannot find the thesaurus file msthes3.dll or msth32.dll for English (U.S.)

I recently upgraded to Word 2002 from 2000. Running NT
4.0. When I attempt to use the thesaurus, I get the
following message:

Word cannot find the thesaurus file msthes3.dll or
msth32.dll for English (U.S.)

Any suggestions?

try installing the service packs for Word 2002.

SP-1 and SP-2 were already installed. What else can I try?
