Intermittently, when saving in Word, I get a dialog box
that asks, "This file contains repairs made to it by
Word. Saving the file will make these repairs permanent.
It is recommended that you view the repairs before saving
the file." The choices are Show Repairs, Save, and
Cancel. If I hit show repairs, it gives me a list of 30
or so, with the heading "Errors were detected in this
file, but Microsoft Word was able to open the file by
making the repairs listed below. Save the file to make
the repairs permanent." Selecting any one of the errors
and hitting "Go To" gets me a flashing cursor at the same
spot in the document (before the first line of text).

I have no idea why I'm getting this. I tried
uninstalling and reinstalling Word, but the problem has
persisted. Any idea what's going on?

I saw this problem recently and deleting the Normal.dot file took care
of the problem.
