When opening MS-Word (every time) - Winword.exe has generated erro

... and will be closed by Windows. You need to restart the application...

If anyone can please help I'd appreciate it!

I'm running win2k. I recently re-installed it and re-installed Office prof.
2000 SR-1 and now I get this error.

I've installed all the office updates from the MS support site.
I've tried the repair process.
I've tried removing and re-installing.
I've tried removing and running the office eraser tool and then re-installing.
Nothing has helped. The error occurs as soon as I open the application.

Here is (what I think is) the error log...
