I've found if you try to locate the file yourself on Microsoft's site and
install it sometimes it doesn't work. Instead, in an Office application,
click the Microsoft Office Button, click Save As and then click the link for
the PDF download. The text would be along the lines of "Find other formats
such as PDF of XPS". A Help page should open with a link for the correct
download.
