Office XP- Word 2002 Run-Time Error when Closing.

OS - Windows 200 Professional
Office XP Professional 2002

MS Word 2002 displays the following Window when I close
Word.

Microsoft Visual Basic
Run-time Error '13':
Type Mismatch

It does this everytime I close Word not when I close the
document. Has anyone had a similar experience and
discovered a solution?

Yes I have had this problem, but not all the time. Have
you found a fix?
