Missing menu in Word 2002

Hi, I have the same problem reported by earlier posters, a missing "File"
menu in Word 2002. However, it does not respond to the reg edit fix, and when
I try to run "winword.exe/a," I get the message that the system can't find
it. Typing in the full path name doesn't help, either. Any suggestions?

Also note for future reference that the problem with your command line was
that you failed to leave a space before the /a switch.
