2.67 Margin Issue

Hello News Group
My users are experiencing a very frustrating issue where
they attempt to print Word XP documents and the bottom
margin is automatically being reset to 2.67 Inches. They
cannot manually change this , they need to close out and
go back in, sometimes upon restarting they are able to
prit sometimes they are not. We are using Hewlettpard
800dn and 5000n printers. I have attempted updating and
using beta drivers from HP. I have deleted and recreated
the global user template and the problem continues to re-
surface. Any answer for this would be greatly
appreciated. If you wish to email me simply remove the
Stop_SPAM_ and the rest is my actual address. Thank you
