Macros not enabled in Word xp

After installing Office Xp Word on Windows 98 computer Word opens with warning that macros are not enabled. I cannot print or save documents as I get same warning. Microsoft Knowlege Base Article 290949 suggest changing security level if problem occurs in Word 2002 but it doesn't work for me in Word XP.

I have exactly the same problem than yours.
No information found through Microsoft.
