Since installing Windows SP2, I can no longer get hyper links to work within
a document. I get the message "This operation has been cancelled due to
restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system
administrator". I have a stand alone computer and therefore I am the system
administrator but do not know how to reactivate the use of hyper links within
a document.

Many thanks for advising me of the site to see in order to resolve the
problem. Unfortunately, even having carried out the required action twice, I
still get the same message "This operation has been cancelled due to
restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system
administrator". I am still stuck.
